“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” (1 Corinthians 13:4,7)
This book is about a princess and I love princesses! In “The Princess and the Three Knights,” the princess is wanted by many knights. There are three knights that are challenged to become her husband. They have to run races, pick up trees and stop on cliffs.
The young, third knight prayed during each challenge “I can do anything with God who gives me strength.” This knight also told the king that he loved the princess so much he wouldn’t take her anywhere near the cliff so he ends up winning her hand. They get married and they live happily ever after.
I like the front cover-if you feel it, it’s sparkly. I also like the pictures-they are fine drawings. I do wish it was a chapter book because I love to read and it would last longer. “The Princess and the Three Knights” is written by my mom’s favorite author, Karen Kingsbury.
