“The Christmas Ornaments” is a story about a group of ornaments finding a home that is actually a church.  It has a sad middle but a happy ending.

A husband and wife had a theme on their tree of Santas, nut crackers and tin soldiers.  The ornaments that weren’t Santas, nut crackers or tin soldiers were discarded.  They took them to the Humane Society.

It took days and days for someone to buy them.  Finally two children came in with two quarters and bought the ornaments.  They took them to church and decorated the church Christmas tree.

I liked the story and I also liked the pictures in “The Christmas Ornaments” by Pamela A. H. Edge.  They are beautiful.
