This book was amazing. It was very unique and interesting and new. It was unlike anything else that I have ever read before. I loved it. The book was about a teen named Violet who could literally sense death. A certain small, sound, feeling, or image enables her to find dead things. When a serial killer starts preying on teen girls in Violet’s town, she realizes that she may be able to find the killer and prevent additional deaths. It was very easy to get caught up in the story and read for hours. The characters were great. Violet and Jay’s relationship was very entertaining. They were both really likable.

Overall, the story was one of the best I’ve read in a while. Despite being a paranormal Young Adult, it wasn’t cheesy, annoying, or overdone like so many others out there. It’s definitely something that I would strongly recommend to a friend. I cannot wait to read more from this author. Based on how much I loved “The Body Finder,” I would definitely pre-order her next before even reading a summary.
