Cayden:
“I like the Berenstain Bears and I especially like haunted house books! This one was good because it had flaps on every page. I counted them and there were 13 different flaps to lift. The bears lost their cat and had to go into the haunted house to find it. I liked seeing if there was anything scary behind all of the things like the curtains and the books. Sometimes there was! I really liked this book.”
Parent’s comments:
The latest Jan & Mike Berenstain book, “The Berenstain Bears and the Haunted House” definitely did not disappoint. We loved the interactive aspect of the book and the suspense of opening the flaps to see what was underneath. We would enjoy seeing more of these types of Berenstain Bears books in the future as it really adds a lot to the story! Interactive or not though, we are looking forward to Brother and Sister Bear’s next adventure!
