This is a story about a baseball playing iguana named Iggy. Iggy and his friends love to play baseball. They also like to swim at the lake during the summer. I think this is a funny, happy story. But, it got a little sad when Iggy hurt his arm. He was sad and stayed home. The team replaced him with a girl!

My favorite character in the story is the mouse named Marc; his friends call him Short Stop. He looks really cute with his swimming cap! I like the drawings of all the characters.

“Summer League” was a long book for me, but it was easy and fun to read! I don’t have a favorite part of the story as I love the whole book!
