“She Yelled. I Screamed…She Pulled my Hair!” is a story about sisters and sharing by Tracy Leshay.

Big sister Phoebe and little sister Audrey are having a hard time playing together and sharing. It is summer and they are spending a lot of time together, but every time Audrey wants to play with whatever Phoebe has, and it seems to be a problem. Big sister is trying to get along with her little sister, but nothing seems to work.

Until one day, Phoebe sees a fairy that gives her a spell and a magic tree to help her little sister not to get so upset. Phoebe tries once, and she tries twice, but it took time for little Audrey to understand what Phoebe wanted.

“She Yelled. I Screamed…She Pulled my Hair!” by Tracy Leshay is a good short tale for sisters, and it teaches siblings and friends how to be patient and share with others. I love the pictures and the rhymes. I wish we could have a magic tree!
