As soon as I saw the cover of this book, I knew my daughter would love it! She instantly wanted to read the book when it arrived. “Princess Says Goodnight” is a cute story about a little girl who takes her bedtime routine and turns it into a princess’ bedtime routine. This highly imaginative little girl envisions the palace, king and queen, jesters, ladies in waiting and even her frog prince! The story ends with a very tired princess tucked into bed with a goodnight wish from her palace.
Madison’s review:
Madison: “Mommy this book was good, good, good, good, good! There is so much on all of the pages. My favorite part was the goodnight part! Can I pretend to be a princess too?
Mom’s review:
A little girl, like most little girls pretends she is a princess on her way to bed. She takes her normal routines and makes them grand royal adventures. The book is adorable, especially for little girls who love princesses. My daughter quoted the last page before I read it! I said “How do you know, I haven’t turned the page yet.” I turned the page to find out that she was right, it said “Goodnight”! My daughter adored this book. It was fun to read to her and sparked her imagination. She was able to identify with the little girl in the book and enjoyed our reading time. The illustrations are wonderful. You feel as if you are in her imagination.
