What a cute and brightly-colored book of favorite fairy tales to read! The writing is easy to read and follow and takes a cute twist on a child’s favorites. This will be read again and again.

“I loved this book. It had all my favorite fairy tales and the pictures were so cute and very colorful! My favorite was Cinderella- the author called her Ella. I liked that name. She was beautiful. I also liked the Frog Prince. The princess was kinda mean to him at first. Her dad, the King, told her she made a promise and a promise meant you had to do it. Sometimes adults don’t keep promises they make to kids and that’s not nice. So we you make one you have to do it even if you change your mind.”

Zoey has read “Mary Engelbreit’s Fairy Tales: Twelve Timeless Treasures” so many times. It’s the first book she picks up when she comes over. The pictures were so colorful and very detailed- she spends a lot of time looking at them. The print was large, words easy to read and follow.
