This is a cute story for children ages 4-8 who are learning to be independent and want to do things by themselves. Even though Moms do want to help children we have to let them try things by themselves. “Mama and Me” has bright pictures, unique designs and includes Spanish and English.

Zoey:

“I loved the colors in this book- they were my favorite colors. It tells the story of a little girl who wants to do things on her own instead of having her mom help her. I like to do my own things too. I’m older now and can’t always be a baby. Her mom is really nice and let’s her do it. It also had Spanish in it so I learned some new words.”

Nana:

Zoey thought “Mama and Me” was a good book to read to her mom so she would let her do things by herself. Zoey is very independent and learns from watching others and reading. I loved the unique color and design of this book.
