I like the bedroom, but not her outfit. I like when her mom is having the babies. I want to be a big sister, but I can’t because we don’t have real babies. I really want to have my own babies, but I like all the attention I get now. This is a big girl book.

Parent’s comments:
This was an interesting book to read, largely because I was curious how Grayce was going to react to the main character getting not one, but two siblings – something Grayce wants desperately right now. She was very intent on the book and her comments were almost self-reflection regarding her own situation. I like “I’m Having Twins” by Paris Morris because it’s a nice opening to discussing siblings (one or more) and even a lack thereof (in our case). In the end, Grayce had fun making her own comparisons on what she would do if she were a big sister, yet in the end glad to be the only one.
