Cayden: “This book is about a really big sauropod dinosaur. He woke up late one day and all of the rest of his herd had left already. He was left there all by himself. He tries to find them but he has a lot of trouble. He sees lots of other dinosaurs and some of them want to attack him so he has to figure out what to do. I like books about dinosaurs and this one was a good book. I liked the pictures of the mean dinosaurs that were trying to get him.”
Parent’s comments:
“I’m Big!” was a fun book, especially for a little boy who loves dinosaurs! My son loved looking at all of the different types of dinosaurs in the book and pointing out their specific physical traits. His favorite part was the ending of the story where he got to figure out which path to take.
I was excited to see this book as we really liked Kate & Jim McMullan’s prior work, “I Stink!” I see that they also have another one out called “I’m Bad!” which we definitely will be checking out! Don’t miss “I’m Big!”
