Join the Fisher-Price precious planet animals as they learn to count! This adorable interactive flap book teaches children ages 6 months and older how to count. Children will find a number under each flap that is lifted, revealing the number of animals on the page. Each of these precious planet animals are located in their own habitat and are waiting for you to count them. Will you answer correctly?
Hailey’s thoughts: “Count the animals. 1,2,3,4,5.” (laugh)
Mom for Hailey: As we read this book Hailey is counting each page and then giving me a number. We then open the flap and read the number to see if she was correct. Each time she opens the flap and I point to the number and read it, she laughs and smiles. She loves this book. I have never seen her laugh and get so excited over a book.
Mom’s thoughts: This book is adorable and fun! It is a great learning tool for young children. They enjoy counting the animals they are familiar with and then opening the flap to see if they are correct. The book also promotes learning the number by sight. My 4-year-old didn’t want to count the animals because she knows she can count to twenty easily. Instead she would open the flap and tell me the number. I enjoyed reading this book with both of my daughters and my nephew who is 1-year-old. All of the children enjoyed it. I highly recommend “Fisher-Price: Counting Animals” for children ages 6-months to 3-years who are learning to count and read numbers.
