I guess that’s Farley. Farley is smelly. It smells stinky. The little girl held her nose and said, “Farley, you need a bath.” Arf, Arf, Arf. I wouldn’t want a dog like Farley because he would eat all of our food and I’m allergic to dogs.
Parent’s Comments:
“Farley Follows His Nose” by Lynn Johnston and Beth Cruikshank is a great book. I really enjoyed reading it to Grayce because of the book’s rhythm and pacing. For example, in the breeze he smelled ‘rosesfreshcutgrasssweatypeoplethecatnextdoor.’ Farley is a super lovable character and like Grayce I give it five stars.
