“Born to Be Fast!” by Rebecca Luna is the story of a boy called Evan, who had a passion for running faster than others run. He enjoyed playing touch football, but the players always got tired. One summer he started track and felt free, running even faster without listening to his coach.

Evan showed a friend’s cat how to play so he could always have someone to play catch, but even the cat got tired. Years passed by and Evan kept running track and it wasn’t until his first competition that he won, that learned that he had to slow down and work together with others. Since then he practiced even more and got faster than before.

It is a good story where you will see how Evan was so determined to be better and better. It will teach you that discipline and learning to work as a team will help you follow your dreams.
