Madeline:

Young Deliah’s life is hard; her dad has died and she lives with her grandma. One day while going to the lake, she saw a bright blue light. She followed it and then she heard, “Hello! Hello!” She looked down, and there she saw, standing on a flower, a fairy! She thought to herself ‘no way!’ But then the little fairy said, “Stop your staring! I am from Faye, The Land of Mythical Creatures! Faye is in danger, the queen has requested your appearance, follow me!” Deliah thought, ‘what in the world?’ Then she suddenly believed, so she followed.

When Deliah entered Faye, it was so beautiful! The fairies explained to her what was happening and Deliah agreed to help. She had a long journey ahead of her and couldn’t wait to get started. They would walk at least 5 or 10 miles and then rest and start again. Along the way she meets friends, has fun, and some surprising stuff too. This opportunity can’t be ignored and she knows she can help Faye. Close to there destination, the fairies who are trying to destroy Faye are gathering together and preparing for a fight. They have weapons and spells. Also, their king is powerful, and could kill things easily. Read the book to find out the rest!

This book is really good. I loved “Believe: A Tale of Faye” because I love mythical creatures and fairies.

Sophia:

“Believe: A Tale of Faye” is heart touching. My favorite character was Deliah. I like Deliah because she was very nice throughout her journey. My favorite part was when Deliah’s miracle came true. This book should be for kids 5 to 10. I really liked the illustrations; they were really funny and really great. Even though this book is only fantasy it was still really good. I think my favorite fantasy animal was Edwin the Unicorn or Pegasus. I think this book is great for people who enjoy fantasy, dreams coming true, and miracles happening. This story really touched my heart. This was a really good book; I will probably read this book again and again! The story is about dreams coming alive and I loved it!
