“A Day on the Farm: Exploring Animals” is an interactive board book that takes a look at various farm animals. We learn the animals’ different actions, the sounds they make, and how they feel.

“I like books where there are things to feel in them. My favorite was how the pig felt and I liked the fluffy sheep too! My favorite animal sound was the rooster saying ‘cock-a-doodle-doo.’”

“A Day on the Farm: Exploring Animals” by Jodi Huelin is geared for ages 6-months and up and I would say it would probably be enjoyed up to about age 3. For the younger ones it would be a great book to teach animal sounds and colors. It is a basic book, but its interactive format makes it an appealing choice!
