Cayden’s comments:

“This book had a lot of funny things in it.  The rhymes were like ones that I knew but they were different and funny.  Instead of ‘Mary Had a Little Lamb,’ the one in this book was called ‘Mary Had a Little Band’ and Mary played a guitar.  Mary looked really old in the picture and so did the lamb.  Another one that I liked was ‘It’s Raining, It’s Boring!’  My favorite pictures were the one with ‘Jack B. Nimble’ in them.  I also liked the ‘Little Miss Muffet” one where she has a buffet of bugs.

Parent’s comments:

“Other Goose- Re-Nurseried!! and Re-Rhymed!! Children’s Classics” is a funny spoof on the classic Mother Goose rhymes.  My son laughed quite a bit as we read these clever parodies.  The illustrations were vibrant and a lot of fun.  The entire book, as you can probably tell by the title, has an upbeat and roller-coaster ride feel to it.
