Fletcher and the Springtime Blossoms
The idea behind “Fletcher and the Springtime Blossoms” by Julia Rawlinson is nice – Fletcher believes that the falling spring blossoms are snow and rushes to tell all his friends who have come out for spring to return to their winter activities. To me, something was missing from the book and I can’t quite tell you what it is. The book isn’t exceptional, it’s just average. It’s worth reading, but I think I would check it out from a library rather than buy it.
