“Exposure” is a book about a girl named Julie who is constantly getting bullied at school. Julie tries to just ignore the girl. But that doesn’t seem to do any good. Now, all Julie wants is revenge for all she has been put through. Finally, Julie gets exactly what she needs to get the harsh revenge she’s been dreaming of.  Julie exposes a picture of Dana. But not just any picture. It’s a picture that could cost Dana her reputation.  After the picture gets exposed, many of the girls talk and spread gossip about Dana. Julie gets the revenge she wanted. Soon, Dana and Julie straighten out their differences and get all their questions answered.

In my opinion, “Exposure” is a great and well-written book. My favorite part of this book is when the author put “Dana would say something or bump me or make me drop my books.,”  I like this part the best because it shows everyone what happens in a public school. Everyone has been bullied sometime in school. And some may have even been the bully. That line fits in well with the rest of the book.

I also like how “Exposure” teaches a lesson. When Julie wanted revenge on Dana, she didn’t think about how she, herself, would feel after accomplishing her goal. But after getting revenge, Julie didn’t feel good about it. That’s because revenge is NOT the answer. This book shows that you really should think things through before acting upon them.
