In “What Is God Like?” kids talk about God and missing their dad.  Their dad goes on a long trip but before he leaves he talks to them about God.  Throughout the book they discuss what their dad told them.

The best part of the book is the scripture at the bottom of the pages.  I like it because it is from many different books of the Bible and it is the word of God.  There is a part of the book that they talk about ‘Skittles,’ the next-door-neighbor’s cat.  That is a funny name.

The pictures in the book are fun and beautiful to look at.  I especially like the one of the brother and the sister where she is holding her doll.  It makes me happy when I look at it.

Overall I did not like “What Is God Like” because it was too long.  It made me sleepy.
