The U.S. Presidents: A Poetic Look
The poet not only gives the ups and downs about each President, but he also gives some interesting details about each President. This book really helped my knowledge of Presidents because I no longer think of George W. Bush, Barack Obama, Abraham Lincoln and George Washington when I think of Presidents, but I think of Chester A. Arthur and James A. Garfield. This book is for people between the ages of 10 and 100 and people that enjoy learning about Presidents. I say that because if you are under 10, you might not understand some of this and if you don’t enjoy Presidents then you won’t like it because that’s what this book is about. I recommend this book to you if you are over 10, or have a good understanding of Presidents and enjoy reading about Presidents. Or if you don’t enjoy Presidents, this book might help you to enjoy Presidents. What I mean is that this author is so good at writing you may read this book and want to know more, giving you an interest about Presidents. In conclusion, “The U.S. Presidents: A Poetic Look” by Keith A Kantorek is really good and you should read it. I loved it and I think that you will too. The author uses a classic rhyming and fun style which makes this book easy to read. You will not only gain knowledge on Presidents but you will gain knowledge on a terrific and classic way to write poems. So remember, if I, your average 11-year-old girl can gain buckets of knowledge from this 88-page book, you can too. |
