This adventure story of two hedgehogs searching for the six badger crowns is a story fit for kids age 8 and up. Trundle the hedgehog thinks he’s an ordinary lamplighter, but when Esmerelda comes along, she tells a secret about him that he doesn’t even know! He is supposed to help Esmerelda find all the six crowns!

They journey through all kinds of places that Esmerelda has been to before when she escaped a dungeon. And in Shudders land pirates are things you don’t want to be around. Things seem normal soon, but a pirate named Razorback tries to capture Trundle, luckily Trundle has the Lamplighters’ sword with him. It was an accident, but a good one; he poked Razorback in the eye with his sword. “Take that Razorback!” Trundle exclaims. Finally they make it to the mines. Trundle sees something shiny. But you must wait; if you want to find out what it is, then you must read the book!

My favorite part is when they find the first crown. My favorite characters are Esmerelda and Trundle. My favorite things are adventures and good books. And “The Six Crowns: Trundle’s Quest” is both of those things combined. I hope you enjoy this book!
