“Warriors: Power of Three #6 Sunrise” by Erin Hunter is the story of three cats: Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Hollyleaf.  This book, the sixth and final in the series, picks up right after the cats find out that the cat they believed to be their mother really wasn’t, and a fellow warrior was murdered.  Now, not truly sure of their clan heritage, they set out on a mission to find their real mother.  But is a certain prophecy really about them as they have always believed?  When the three were born, a prophecy was revealed about three kin of the clan leader Firestar.  Are they the kin of Firestar mentioned in the prophecy as they had always thought?   Do they have the power of the stars in their paws as the prophecy foretold?  Can their clan exist with all the secrets and lies laying a path of suspicion and betrayal in ThunderClan? 

As a hunt for Sol (the suspected murderer and a rouge cat that has been hated by the clans ever since he brainwashed ShadowClan) takes place, the clans are on edge with each other and a simple mistake may be fatal.  No one knows who the killer is, but for the answer they must look closer to home.  

Erin Hunter has written many Warriors books (a whole three series and is working on a fourth) about four clans of cats that have constantly changing alliances and even wars.  The cats’ ultimate enemy is the twolegs (humans) who have destroyed the cats’ original habitat and continue to terrorize the cats and threaten them with monsters - cars, bulldozers etc.  The books were all very good and were so well written that you can just pick this one up and read it without having read the preceding books.  This book, like all her others, ends with a cliff hanger and you will be reaching for the next series.

I would recommend “Warriors: Power of Three #6 Sunrise” by Erin Hunter to people who like animals, especially cats.  This action-packed book was full of adventure and mystery.  Once you pick it up you won’t want to put it down until you’re done.  This was a really good book and I think that everyone who reads this book will like it as much as I did.
