“American Prom” is a book about all the truths of prom. Richard takes you through the true facts of prom. There are stories from people who have attended, or will be attending, a prom. A lot of the stories are very humorous and are good stories to keep in mind as you plan to go to your own prom. This book has everything from asking someone to go to prom with you, all the way up to what another country does for prom (or, if that other country even calls it “prom”).  “American Prom” has everything you need to know and want to know about prom.

In my opinion, “American Prom” is a great book to take into consideration when trying to decide if you should attend your prom or not. It’s well written and very easy to read and understand. I really like how the author included stories from people who have once experienced what it’s like to go to a prom. I would say that this book is recommended for everyone!! If your parents don’t want you to go to prom, give them “American Prom” and see what they say!! It’s a must read for everyone!! It was a great idea for someone to write a book about prom. Not a lot of people would have thought about what could happen at prom. Or what the real meaning of prom is. Great job Richard!!
