The Berenstain Bears: All Aboard! (I Can Read Book 1)
Madison: “A train went to Auntie Tillie’s house. The Berenstain Bears rode it. The train says “woo-hoo,” a whistle sound! The train is loud. One bear drives the train. Another bear checks the time and takes the tickets. The train is fast. They see their tree house, farmer Bens’ house and their neighbors. They went over a bridge and in a tunnel! They see deer, goats, mountains and a big hill for people to sled on! Brother and sister drove the train. They ate a picnic their mommy packed, I saw their teeth. The train stops and Aunt Tillie picked them up! I wish all people could be Berenstain Bears. I liked that the train picked them up then dropped them off after they did lots of other stuff.” Mom: This is a great book. It gives young children the experience of a train and keeps them fully attentive. Madison had lots of questions and comments to make about the book. She loves to read it. It has great color and vibrant pictures. For children who can’t read, the pictures help display the story. Madison likes when she can use pictures to help understand the story even though she can’t read the words. “The Berenstain Bears: All Aboard!” is great for children learning to read. |
