I liked this book because it told about lots of animals I didn’t now about. I learned that when a baby beluga whale is born, it is born pink or brown. I thought the pages were very thin and felt nice. I really liked the pictures and the writing. There was also another language from Canada in the book. My favorite animals were the beluga whale and the arctic fox.

I really liked the cover and the animals. I also learned that lemmings are the smallest creatures in the high arctic. I thought the creepiest thing in the book was the wolverine. It looked like a big badger with big claws. The amphipod was the weirdest looking water creature ever. The bearded seal was the funniest looking thing I’ve ever seen. By reading “Uumajut: Learn about Arctic Wildlife!,”I also learned that the bowhead whale was the largest whale in the universe. I would really like to read other books by these authors!
